Paul is an investment management specialist with over 16 years’ experience. He is responsible for Confinant’s private equity and venture capital clients. During his employment with KPMG and Deloitte, he worked with clients like Bencis, KKR, General Atlantic and Karmijn.
Paul has extensive experience in prospectuses, licence applications and M&A projects. For example, he was involved in the IPO of Trivago, the IPO of RHI and the acquisition of BinckBank by Saxo Bank.
Sven is a manager in the Confinant TS practice and has over nine years’ experience in audit and transaction services. Some of those years he spent working for Deloitte in New York.
At Deloitte M&A Transaction Services, Sven worked on various deals, on both the acquisition and the vendor side. As an adviser, he was involved in the takeover transactions of De Vegetarische Slager, Plasma Industries Belgium (the Belgian branch of Sanquin Plasma Products), Doubletree Hotel Hilton Amsterdam and Robidus. Sven has also worked for SME’s in various sectors on acquisition due diligence projects.
