He is responsible for Confinant\u2019s private equity and venture capital clients. During his employment with KPMG and Deloitte, he worked with clients like Bencis, KKR, General Atlantic and Karmijn.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">Paul has extensive experience in prospectuses, licence applications and M&amp;A projects. Some of those years he spent working for Deloitte in New York.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">At Deloitte M&amp;A Transaction Services, Sven worked on various deals, on both the acquisition and the vendor side. As an adviser, he was involved in the takeover transactions of De Vegetarische Slager, Plasma Industries Belgium (the Belgian branch of Sanquin Plasma Products), Doubletree Hotel Hilton Amsterdam and Robidus.
